LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Because life is never stationary…

Because knowing ourselves is fundamental…

Because communication is crucial…

Because influence is central…

Because leadership is lonely…

And because people are important…

The Kimmell Foundation presents

On October 22nd, The Kimmell Foundation is hosting RECON21, a one-day leadership conference focused on organizational health, effective communication, and tools for leading with a culture of valuing people.

This day will offer both information and inspiration. We have five speakers, covering topics like the impact of a leader’s identity, the most effective way to communicate, and mental health at the executive level.

Why are we hosting this conference? Why do we think this is critical – especially now? It is because we look around our nation and we see the unrest, the issues, the anger, and the confusion. It is clear that we need a path to wholeness. Healthy leaders are needed now more than ever before.

Your ticket includes admission to the conference, a light breakfast, a delicious lunch, entertainment, conference materials, and gifts. RECON21 will be held at the Hudiburg Chevrolet Center at Rose State College. This venue provides ample space to distance as you choose.
